- Firstly, in a bowl take flour, oil, salt, mix it properly, now add water intermittently and make a semi soft dough, divide it into three parts, add colour in two of the parts, prepare an orange dough, a green dough and a white dough.
- Now divide each part into four equal size balls, two balls needed to make a paratha.
- Take two balls and roll them with a rolling pin, make small rotis, place 1-2 pieces of broken kalakand in the centre of the roti and cover with another one.
- Seal the sides properly with little water, dust some flour (if required) and roll it again.
- Cut the edges with cutter (this step is optional).
- Prepare all the parathas in same process one by one.
- Heat non stick pan, put it ghee and fry the parathas on both sides properly.
- To prepare coloured sweet sauce, take two small sized bowls, mix condensed milk, milk powder and food colour.
- Serve hot with chilled sweet sauce.
