Steps to make Eggless Chocolate cake:
- Take a bowl, to that sift 2 cups Maida, 7-8 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tsp coffee powder, 1tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda. Mix everything well
- In another bowl add 1 cup ghee, 1cup powdered sugar, 1/2 condensed milk. (if you don't have condensed milk add 1 & 1/2 cup powdered sugar and half cup milk).mix everything well.
- Now take the bowl of dry ingredients and add it to the bowl of wet ingredients. Whisk the mixture well. If the mixture looks very thick add little milk to it. The batter consistancy should be like that, if you take it in a spoon and and allow to flow, it will flow easily.
- Now take a cake tin greased with some oil. Put the batter in it. Now put the cake in a pre heated oven for 30-45 mins.
- After 30-45 mins check the cake by inserting a toothpick or knife in it. If it comes out clean the cake is ready….
