  5. Get 2 big size onions chopped
  6. Get 2 medium size tomatoes (washed and chopped)
  7. Prepare 2-3 green chillies (optional)

  11. Make ready 2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder

  14. Take 1/4 tsp organic turmeric
  15. Get Half lemon juice
  16. Take Handful coriander leaves
  17. Take to taste Pink salt

Bread upma is a quick, easy and tasty upma variety I have been making this bread upma recipe for years now. it is a much loved breakfast or snack at. Bread upma is a upma variety made with bread, spices and herbs. For the bread upma, the bread is cut into small pieces and then cooked along with a masala made of onion, tomatoes, ginger, curry leaves, mustard seeds and then topped with roasted peanuts and fresh. Bread poha is a healthy and tasty breakfast meal made with break pieces mixed with othwer veggies in spices and herbs.

Steps to make Bread_upma/poha:
  1. Heat a wok, add mustard oil,heat up well,flame should be on low.
  2. In smoky oil,add mustard seeds,let it splutter, asafoetida,add cumin, curry leaves, green chillies, crushed garlic, ginger,add onions and saute till becomes translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes and add salt and cook till tomatoes becomes soft, add cumin powder, turmeric, kashmiri powder and saute. Add lemon juice,saute.
  4. Add the chopped slice pieces and mix well…
  5. Cover wdh a steam releasing lid and cook for 5mins more and switch off the flame. Done…
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve this bread upma wdh tea.
  7. Note:-U can add veggies of ur choice. If it seems dry dein u can add some water after tomatoes becomes soft…. (Add in little amount,bhi don't want the slice piece to get in mushy,bhi just wanna to make soft)
