- For palak gravy - boil some water in a pan.blanch spinach for 2-3 minutes add coriander leaves and take out from the water in a strainer. Wash immediately with cold water.
- Heat some oil in a pan, add Jeera,ginger, garlic, green chillies,onion and tomato. Cook it for 2-3 minutes till translucent. Let it cool.then grind it with spinach.
- In same pan heat some oil & butter,add Jeera, turmeric, paper, coriander powder and roast then add palak puree in it.Cover with lid.Cook for 2-3 minutes. (Add some water for perfect consistency.)
- Add some curd / cream mix well. Add salt & garam masala.
- Before serving add koftas in this gravy.cook for 2 minutes and serve in a serving bowl after garnishing with cheese or cream.
