- In a bowl add maida, salt and oil. Mix well and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

- Add grated cabbage, chopped capsicum and chopped carrot. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add all sauces, black pepper powder, ajinomotto and salt.
- Mix well and switch off the flame. Let the mixture cool completely.
- Now punch dough for few seconds.Take small portion from dough and make small puri.
- Fill the 2 tsp stuffing and give momo shape.
- Take large kadai or wok add 1/4 cup water, arrange 7- 8 momos, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now open the lid add 2 tbsp oil and again cover with lid and cook till 15 minutes with flipping in between.
- When done serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
