- In wok,add oil,onion and cook until translucent.
- Add potatoes and mix well.
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Add red chili powder,salt,garam masala powder,turmeric powder,red chili crushed,curry pattay,kalongi and mix well.
- Add tomatoes,cover and cook on low flame until tender.
- Remove tomatoes skin and mash them.
- Mix well and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add lemon juice,green chilies and mix well.
- Cover and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilies (if you want) & serve.
