- Soak dried apricots for 3-4 hrs in Lukewarm water or if you are using fresh then soak it 6-7 hrs and remove seeds.
- In pan add sugar, water and cardamom powder boil it for 5 mins and add khubani, cook it for 15-18 mins till sugar syrup turns 1 string
- Switch off heat and let it cool for 10-15 mins add rose water or roohafza, and kewra water. Keep it in chiller for 30 mins.
- Serve it with fresh cream or ice cream on top and garnish with blanched peeled almonds.
