- Take 1 cup chickpea flour /besan
- Get 1 cup wheat flour
- Take 1/2 cup maida/All-purpose flour

- Get 1/2 cup oil

- Take 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- Make ready 1/4 Tsp kasturi methi
Missi Roti- No meal is complete without bread or rotis. In India we have lots of variations and variety of making rotis ,paratha and pooris.we use variety of healthy flours and millet to make our breads and. Missi roti is Indian flat bread which has a distinct texture and lot more flavours than the regular roti or chapatti. It is often ordered at the restaurant and dhabas.
Instructions to make Missi roti:
- Take all the flour proportionally mix in dough kneading vessel add chopped all ingredients except onion cumin seeds and whole coriander green chillies and coriander leaves…. add oil one tspoon
- Knead dough with help of water.. As dough is kneaded cover dough with wet cotton cloth and let dough rest for 1/2an hour
- Later roast whole coriander seeds and cummin seeds… And let it cool.. As it cools down crunch it in mortar
- Now in a plate mix onion green chillies chopped crushed coriander seeds and comin seeds and mix well
- Now take dough spread it properly from centre add oil and add onion masala and knead and mix properly.. If dough is becoming thin while kneading add some flour.. Take small portion roll roti.. Apply oil in centre and spread over all.. Now fold roti back and front and roll it properly to form circle
- Now roll roti.. Roti should be little thick… Apply water on it and add some seesame seeds over it
- Now apply some oil or ghee on pan.. And roast missi roti firstly from seesame side… Flip flap roti from both sides and roast on pan
- Now missi roti is ready apply some ghee over it serve hot and enjoy with daal rajma ar any sabzi😊
