  11. On medium flame pour heavy cream in a pan and let it boil (stir continuously)
  12. Pour the hot cream on 1 cup of dark chocolate and white chocolate, shake the bowl little and leave it for 2 mins and then mix it.
  13. Pour the dark chocolate ganache in the mould and spread evenly.
  14. Add cake, gems and chocolate balls, freeze it for 10 mins.
  15. Now add white chocolate ganache and chocolate chips, now cover it with the remaining melted chocolate and freeze it for 20 minutes
  16. After freezing make sure you take this out from the mould very carefully
  17. Chocolate cake is ready now you can Serve it.
