- Pour the hot cream on 1 cup of dark chocolate and white chocolate, shake the bowl little and leave it for 2 mins and then mix it.
- Pour the dark chocolate ganache in the mould and spread evenly.
- Add cake, gems and chocolate balls, freeze it for 10 mins.
- Now add white chocolate ganache and chocolate chips, now cover it with the remaining melted chocolate and freeze it for 20 minutes
- After freezing make sure you take this out from the mould very carefully
- Chocolate cake is ready now you can Serve it.
