- Heat a tbsp of Butter in a pan, fry the cinnamon, Bay leaf, cloves, cardamoms and star anise for 45 seconds
- Then on low flame, add the Ginger Garlic Paste and saute.
- Add the grounded paste (onion,Tomato and cashew paste) and mix well.
- Check for salt and consistency. If needed add some water and chill powder to get the desired gravy consistency.
- Cover and cook till the traces of butter is seen on top.
- Add the Paneer cubes, crushed kasthuti methi leaves and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 3minutes.
- Mix with fresh cream and Garnish with Coriander Leaves
