- In a mixing bowl mix Soaked Poha,crushed soyabeans,mashed potatoes,Coriander leaves,salt,Cumin seeds powder,green chilli paste,ginger paste,roasted peanuts and lemon juice.Mix well all ingredients and knead the dough.Make equal size discs from this dough.
- Heat a nonstick tawa,grease with oil,arrange the discs on it and apply oil surrounding each one.Roast on Medium heat on both sides till they become golden brown.
- Arrange the Poha Soya cutlets in serving plate along with the salad and Chutney with tomato ketchup.
