- Then add grated carrot. Fry till it cooked. Then add roasted Dalia. Stir and fry till the Dalia cook well. Add Lukewarm water as needed. Cover and cook till the Dalia cooked.Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful bowl. Ready to serve with mango pickle
