- Take paneer mash it and add corn starch for binding paneer.Also add masala ingredients to make kofta. Deepfry the kofta in oil.
- For gravy heat oil in pan. Add cumin seed.add chopped onion saute till it appears light brown in colour.add fresh tomatoes.mix it.cool the mix to room temp and grind the mixture.again add little oil in pan.add the mixture or paste to oil.add all the spices.and after dat add cashew paste made earlier.after that add small amount of water and make it up to boil. Add kofta at the end and garnish with coriander leaves
