- Cover and keep it for at least 6 hours for soaking
- After it is soaked properly you can see all the water is being absorbed by the sabudana very nicely
- In a mixing bowl combine together soaked sabudana, boiled and mashed potatoes, peanut powder, coriander, ginger, green chillies and salt
- Mix them nicely with your hands
- Then make small balls from the dough, it should be of the size of appe pan mould, so that it can fit easily
- In the meantime heat the appe pan on low heat, then grease the moulds with little oil and place the balls one by one
- Roast them by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes brown and crispy from all the sides
- When done take them out in serving bowls and garnish with green peanut chutney
