Instructions to make Zafrani biryani:
- Soak rice for 2 hours
- Take oil, onion and golden fry and add beef, ginger garlic paste,salt, tomatoes, garam masala, red chilli, aloo Bukhara, zeera, haldi, and cook 1 hour., add potatoes and cook,
- Take water and boil it add rice and some zeera and cook 15 minutes. When it's done drain out.
- Take some rice in pan and add masala, then again rice,add food colour and zafran dissolve in water and ad do on it. And cook in slow flame, 10 minutes.
