- Now add ghee in the same pan. Add mustard seeds once ghee gets melted. Add urad dal and hing. Saute for a minute. Add chopped onion and cook till it turns out translucent. Then add chopped tomatoes, chopped cauliflower florets, chopped carrot, green chillies and green peas. Mix all well and cook for 2 mins.
- Now add salt and dhania jeera powder. Mix all well and cook till everything gets cooked well. Now add roasted rava and mix well. Add hot water as required while stirring continuously. Keep stirring continuously and cook till water is absorbed completely. Switch off the flame. Cover with lid and keep for 1 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
