  15. Take 1 cup milk
  16. Prepare 1 cup yogurt
  17. Get 2 tbsp sugar
  18. Get 1/4 tsp salt
  19. Prepare 1 cup ice

  1. Take a kharai and add oil and onion sauté it for 3 minutes than add ginger garlic paste stir it the add all the ingredients stir it continuely.

  4. Now chanay will be ready to serve with heat bhature, pickle and onions, with chilled lassi, enjoy it.
