  4. Now fry onions in the same oil till light brown. Keep aside.
  5. Remove the excess oil from the wok, heat it.
  6. Add panchphoren, sauté it for a sec.
  7. Add karela & onion, stir it for a while. Sprinkle some salt.
  8. Now add all powdered masala, mix well. Stir it for a while.
  9. Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving bowl, have it with Paratha.
  10. All cooking is done at high flame.
