- Clean the chicken add turmeric, red chilli, coriander, pepper, garam masala,lemon juice and salt.,mixed all the ingredients into the chicken, leave it marinate for 1hr.
- After 1hr heat oil in a pan add chicken and cover it 5mins, then it cooked well.
- Then u want to add more spices u can add more red chilli, coriander powder,pepper.
- Add yogurt and mixed it
- Add milk, fresh cream, cashew paste and mixed together,leave for 5mins
- It form semigravy, in this period remove the gravy from the chicken, again fry the chicken pieces, gravy u can add the briyani rice
- Now the chicken is fried, remove the plate
- Then another bottom vessel add water put spices, 1tsp oil and salt to taste, once the water evaporated add the washed rice, closed the lid into the vessel. After 5mins open the lid and check the rice again wait 10 mins.
- After rice we're cooked heat thick bottom vessel 1st add the fried chicken, then add the rice, than chicken gravy again rice.again add fried chicken, thn rice above the rice add full gravy, nuts, coriander leaves. Close the lid.
- Above the lid kept iron dosa thava or any other weights other wise vapour will go outside.
- After 10mins fried chicken briyani is ready to serve.
