Wash arrived till clean and boil with onions, pepper, salt, ginger, seasoning till soft and set aside then out vegetable oil in a pot when hot add thyme for the flavour then onions and stir then add the blended mix and fry till the water dries then add ur meat and the stock and allow it to cook. Add more seasoning and salt to taste then stir and allow to cook till the oil comes on top the paste, add a little curry powder and turn off heat after abt 2minutes.
  3. Wash and peel plantain, cut into half and dice, salt it and fry in hot vegetable oil till golden brown and yayyyy! Your food is ready.

Unlike my Chicken Stew recipe, I do not use Garlic and Ginger for Assorted Meat Stew. I prefer to retain the natural flavours of the meats so I refrain from using too many condiments. Feel free to use them if you prefer.
