The ingredients needed to make Veg Sooji Appe:
- Get 1 cup sooji/rava
- Get 1/2 cup dahi/curd
- Get as needed water
- Make ready 1 cup Chopped Veg onion, tomatoes, capsicum, carrot
- Get 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Very Simple and Easy to Make. A quick Snack loaded with vegetables. In a Mixing bowl, add sooji and curd. Mix well to a smooth paste.

- In a large bowl take sooji and dahi / curd and make the mixture.

- Now add baking soda and mix again.

- Now flip the sides and cook till golden.
- Serve with green chutney.
