- Heat up the skillet. Grease with oil. Spread the batter on it.
- Sprinkle the veggies on top and let it cook until bottom turns golden brown and the top seems raw from nowhere.
- Flip it and cook the other side as well. The same batter is used to make idlis too but additionally you will need to put some baking soda in it before steaming them.
