Instructions to make Fizzy Yuzu Tea & Soda Gummies:
- If you're using yuzu tea with large yuzu skin chunks, then chop it up roughly. I usually use kitchen scissors to cut mine - this reduces the amount of things I need to wash.
- Add yuzu tea and 50 ml soda into a small pan. Heat and stir. When the edges become bubbly, remove from the heat. Do not let it boil.
- Shake in the powdered gelatin, and mix well with a rubber spatula. When it's mixed evenly, add the remaining 30 ml of soda and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a container. After it cools down, chill in the fridge to harden. Since I don't own any silicone molds, I usually use a milk carton.
- The great thing about milk cartons is that I can cut it open or dismantle it when the gummies are hard to take out. Please cut the gummies into preferred sizes, and enjoy.
- Pack in storage containers to keep in the fridge.
