Afghani Bolani bread is my second most favourite recipe from the Afghani cuisine, while Kabuli pulao still remains the first choice. Afghani Bolani bread is quite similar to the Indian style stuffed paratha or Mexican quesadilla, except that it has fewer and simpler ingredients.

Instructions to make BOLANI PARATHA/AFGHANI PARATHA:
  1. Take a bowl add all purpose flour,wheat flour,salt and 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  2. Make a dough with little water,keep aside for 30 mins.
  3. Take another bowl and mix the listed above ingredients of stuffing
  4. Now stuffing is ready.
  5. Divide the dough into ball and roll out thin chapati.
  6. Stuff the filling in the half side of chapati and fold it.
  7. Now on heated pan place the paratha grease clarified butter both the sides.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney
