- When the outer surface of the appe becomes light brown then turn upside down and cook the other side for 2 more minutes. See that the appe gets golden brown from both the sides.
- Take out the appe from the moulds and follow the process for making similar appe with rest of the batter.
- Serve Beetroot Appe hot with green chutney or any chutney of your choice in breakfast or as a snack.
