- Mash and mix them well. Now, shape it like a Kofta (round).
- Deep fry the kofta in hot oil.
- Now take a pan and add oil. After the oil becomes hot add tomato paste, salt, corriender and cumin powder, a bit of sugar, garam masala, and mix them. Cook it well.
- Next add, the koftas in the gravy and cook it for two minutes.
