  4. Using a clean chopping board and a clean knife (both sanitized for 5 mins), Cut/ chop all your vegetables in your desirable size n shape/designs e.g cubes, rings, juliennes, diamonds, etc…. minus 1 pc of tomato which will be used for garnishing your salad. Note: while cutting tomatoes you may remove the inner part. This can be reserved for another meal.
  5. In clean insert/ bowl, mix all your vegetables n add 2 tbsp of white vinegar/ fresh lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. You may also add a pinch of salt to taste.. (optional).
  6. Cut the tomatoe that you had left for garnishing into rings.
  7. You may transfer your salad into a clean service salad bowl, then arrange your garnish (tomatoes) all around as is in the photo. Can as well use cucumber for garnishing.
  8. Enjoy your salad with any other meal or you just enjoy it plain.
