- Apply water at the edges and fold it like a Modak.

- Grease a pan with some oil.
- Place all the momos in this pan.
- Pout Idli Pot with enough water at the base.
- When water starts to boil, keep the momos pan inside Idli pot carefully.
- Cover the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes.
