  6. Add all spices like Salt, Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli, Coriander Powder, Mango Powder, Garam Masala, etc to taste.
  7. When Gravy turns dark brown, add boiled Red Lentils. Stir vigorously and make semi paste.
  8. Now after cooking for 5-6 minutes add Red Lentils Stock and stir. Add more Ghee and stir. Add Tamarind pulp and Jaggery at this stage.
  9. Cook this lentils soup (Daal) till it become thick. Prepare deep fried Onion rings to garnish.
  10. Serve HOT
