Qosai (akara) is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They are fine and they look wonderful. Qosai (akara) is something which I have loved my entire life.
To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have qosai (akara) using 3 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you cook that.
The ingredients needed to make Qosai (akara):
- Get medium cups of washed beans
- Get large tattashe, 3 attaruhu, 1 large onion
- Get Seasoning (salt)
Instructions to make Qosai (akara):
- Soak 2 medium cups of beans for 3 mins and pound lightly in a mortar then wash till the back is off then add your tattashe, attaruhu and onions (cut)
- Grind in a blender until it turned to a smooth paste.use a wooden spoon to beat the paste untill it turned very smooth. Add salt to taste. Add ground nut oil in a frying pan and use a spoon to be adding the bean paste in a scoop into the hot oil.. fry till golden brown.. serve hot with bread, kunu(pap) or tea
