Steps to make Eggy Akara:
  1. Add beans in a bowl,wash the beans well until the peels is well removed,then add sliced onions,1 red capsicum,and scotch bonnet,grind the beans using a grinder or blender,it shouldnt be watery and the batter should look smooth with no beans lumps,then use a scooper or turn stick to beat the beans batter for like 5mins,then break the eggs in the batter,add ginger powder,salt and seasoning,then add sliced 1 red capsicum,then stir well!
  2. Scoop batter and fry in hot oil,let it fry till it looks golden red,then serve and enjoy with kunu of your choice!
