  30. Sprinkle the remaining water-butter mixture.
  31. Sprinkle the remaining fried onion.
  32. Add the remaining hot water in a way that water doesn’t go above the rice layer
  33. You may not need to use all of the hot water.
  34. Cook in the oven for 1.5 hours.
  35. Serve with salad, kabab and chutney.
