  18. Take 1 cup semolina
  19. Get 3/4 cup sugar
  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  21. Take 4 times water
  22. Get 3/4 cup sugar

  24. Get as needed Almonds, kishmish, cashew

Add semolina and roast on medium low flame until color change and Sooji ka halwa. Karhai mein ghee garam karein aur hari elaichi dal ker ek minutes kliya saute ker lein.   4. For halwa add ghee in a big pan add rava roast till golden brown then add sugar cardamom,cashew,raisins etc and 4 times water and still carefully it splash all sides to keep safe close the lid immediately and stirring well between little at a time not fully dries the water it should be semi thick after cool it will be thicken but in this way halwa will soft and yummy garnish with almonds.
