Remove meat from oil, add palm oil heat then add sliced onion to fry, then add blended pepper and fry/for about 30 minutes - Lower heat on stew and add fried meat and beef stock to the stew - Taste and adjust seasoning if needed - Cover and cook additional 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving - Serve with swallow, rice or plantain, boiled potatoes, bread or as you want it.
