- First for pakoda add all the ingredients and mix adding little water at a time. The consistency should be that of cake batter. We have to mix it in a circular motion in one direction only to add some air to it and make it light.fry making pakoda balls, you can add chopped onion to it if you like
- For kadhi add all the ingredients with curd and spices mix well with 300ml water. In one heated kadhai add 1spoon oil, add some asafetida or hing and pour the batter in it and continuously mix it till you get the boil.
- Boil it well for 20 minutes add some more water if you need.add pakodas to it and let it boil for another 10mins. Then take one small pan for seasoning heat it, add 2tsp ghee then add all the whole spices to it and let it splutter finally add grated garlic to it let it turn brown add 1tsp kashmiri chilly powder and add the seasoning to the kadhi. And the kadhi my style is ready to serve.ππ
