- Prepare few drops of vanilla essence

- Prepare 2 tbsp powdered pistachio and Sugar mix together

- Prepare 1 tsp powder Sugar for greasing over this

- When one taar chashni done,add roasted dry fruits and roasted sewaiyan and mix nicely.
- After a minute add khoya in this and cover it to cook in very low flame
- When sewaiyan nicely cook finally add cardamom powder and strawberry essence in this and mix well and keep aside to cool
- When sevaiyan cool add strawberry marmlade in this and mix well
- For Making rolls,take curd, butter and sugar in a bowl and mix well
- Now sieve maida,baking powder,milk and green cardamom powder and few drops of vanilla essence in this mix well and make a smooth singh of this and cover it and keep this in fridge for 20 to 25 minutes for set.
- After 25 minutes keep out from fridge and knead again and divide in four equal part.
- Now take one part roll it and make flat chapati of this.
- Now make rectangular shape of this chapati and cut extra part from this.
- If the chapati are thick in sides then press the sides of this.
- Now place sevaiyan mixture at the side of rectangular chapati.
- And carefully make the roll of this.
- Make all rolls of remaining dough.
- Now melt butter in a bowl, when cool add 1 whisked curd and sugar in it and mix well Now grease this mixture over the roll.
- Bake the rolls in preheated for 25 to 30 minutes at 170* to 180* C.
- When done keep out out it grease the strawberry marmalade and sprinkle powdered pistachio and sugar over it.
- Now cut in pieces and serve it
