- Get for making batter:
- Make ready 1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)

How to Make Stuffed Bread Pakora. For pakoras: Peel and mash the potatoes in a bowl. Chop the green chillies and coriander (dhania) leaves finely. Add dhania powder, garam masala, chopped green chillies, salt, chopped coriander leaves into the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Steps to make Stuffed bread pakora:
- Making batter:
- Take a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and water.
- Mix well and make a batter. make sure the batter is neither too thick nor too thin. add 1/8 tsp soda and mix well. keep aside.
- Take bread slices and cut the borders, keep aside
- To make stuffing:
- Take paneer, corinader leaves, green chilli, salt and chat masala, mix well. stuffing is ready.
- To make sandwiches:
- Take 2 bread slices and apply green chutney, 1 tsp on each
- Spread mixed fruit jam, 1/2 tsp on each
- Place the stuffing on one slice
- Cover with the remaining slice
- Cut this into 4 equal pieces
- Prepare all the sandwiches in same way
- Heat oil in a kadai
- Dip the prepared sandwich into the batter, coat evenly from all the sides.
- Deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown and crisp from all the sides
- Repeat frying the rest of bread pakora, drain on a kitchen tissue and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
