- Prepare 200 grams crushed wheat
- Take 2 tablespoons masoor dal

- For making dalia add the lentils and rice and saute till golden brown
- In another pan add crushed wheat sauted lentils and rice
- Add 5 glasses of water and cook till they get tender for 20 minutes.
- Allow it to cool and grind the mixture nicely. Keep this aside.
- To this dalia add mashed mutton chopped mint leaves coriander leaves half amount of fried onions salt and oil.
- Mix and blend them.
- Cook for about half an hour.
- Now take out haleem in a bowl and garnish with ghee fried onions chopped mint and coriander leaves fried cashews lemon and green chilies.
