In the same pressure cooker add soaked dals and dalia,1 sliced onion, 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste Cinnamon, bay leaves, chopped green chilies, turmeric, salt and 1½ltre water as shown in pics, pressure cook it on 3whistle switch off the gas and open pressure cooker lid after 15 minutes open the lid and mix cooked dal in mutton mixture mash and mix well for 10minutes
  7. Now add 1/2 cup mint in wok now cook on low medium flame on gas for 15 minutes.
  8. Make barista fry onion in oil and take out in absorb paper.
