For qwik salad (see pic at top)wash and slice your cucumber and peppers.sweetcorn… and any other adition.you can zfd of your choice salad leaves pomgranate.rocket leaves. pickled veg can chop finly and add eg beetroot or gerkin or olive..some herbs too or bit of zest and olive oil drizzle corriander etc..make a nice colorful. salad of these and use as side dish with meal…bismillah enjoy
