  6. Add the kaju paste. Give a nice stir.Add fresh cream. Let it cook for 10 - 15 mins. When the oil appears on the surface,add ilaichi powder,sugar,a pich of garam masala. Give a nice stir. Turn the gas off.
  7. To serve put the cutlet in a bowl.Add the gravy on top. Garnish with cherry or tutti fruti.serve hot.
