  5. Take a bowl and add the soaked sooji, onions and salt to it.
  6. Mix it well.
  7. Add coriander leaves,green chillies to it and mix it well.
  8. Add the tadka tempring to the mixture and let it rest for 5-10minutes.
  9. Now just before making the appe add salt asper your taste and eno to the batter and mix it well.(eno makes the batter more fluffy)
  10. Now heat the appe mould and grease each mould with the oil.
  11. Pori the batter into each mould and cover it for 2-3minutes.
  12. Now turn the appes to the other side and again cook it for 1-2minutes.
  13. Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.
