- Now just before making the appe add salt asper your taste and eno to the batter and mix it well.(eno makes the batter more fluffy)
- Now heat the appe mould and grease each mould with the oil.
- Pori the batter into each mould and cover it for 2-3minutes.
- Now turn the appes to the other side and again cook it for 1-2minutes.
- Serve it hot and crisp with the chutneys.
