The soy chorizo is packaged to look like a sausage but is used by squeezing the desired amount of the product from the casing and cooking it a skillet until the crumbles are browned. Some commercial brands of vegetarian chorizo are formed into a traditional sausage shape and can be sliced or cubed. Vegan Soy Chorizo or Soyrizo or whatever you want to call it, it's spicy, meaty, and delicious!
