  2. Take 75 grams of either fresh or canned mango
  3. Make ready 2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  4. Prepare 15 black grapes
  5. Make ready 1/2 tbsp runny honey
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp smokey paprika
  7. Take 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  8. Make ready 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp Curry powder or a few crumbled dried curry leaves
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Orange marmalade

It screams SUMMER, almost as loudly as the summer bugs' non-stop outdoor orchestra performance. This salad was one of my first forays into grilling. Granted, I'm no grill master, but then again, grilling isn't exactly rocket science. Summer Vegetable Salad. ⁣ It's summertime.

Instructions to make Sig's Vegetarian Summer Salad:
  1. First add your spices , of garlic salt, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper into a freezer or sandwich type bag. Add the quorn or marinaded mouthsize tofu pieces. Rub and shake until the spices coat all the pieces
  2. Heat a frying pan, add the pieces of spiced quorn or tofu and cook for about ten minutes , do not frynthem in oil , just make sure the spices do not burn as they can become bitter and the pieces are heated right through . Set aside and cool.
  3. In a bowl add chopped mango, mayonnaise, runny honey, orange marmalade and the curryleaves, mix well
  4. Add the cooled pieces of quorn or tofu and mix into the sauce. Leave to rest in fridge for about an hour . Add some grapes and lift them under . You can add walnuts or pecan nuts if you like .
