  7. Turn the fire to medium high. When it starts to boil, cook for around 10 to 15 minutes.

  9. You may also add mountain yam in step 2. Remove skin and cut about an inch long before putting it into the soup, You can take it out in step 5 and put it back towards the end of cooking.
