When I make paneer (Indian cottage cheese) at home, then most of the times (when there is capsicum in the fridge I make. - Take another pan for tadka..and add ginger garlic paste and capsicum…when capsicum cooked properly then add onions…now add soya sauce,ketchup,green chiili sauce,vinegar,and spices
- Now add chilli flakes and organeo and mix it properly…..now add some water and cook it till water evaporates
- When when water evaporates…add paneer and mix it gently…cheese chiilly is ready…add some arganeo for garnishing
