- Add all the ingredients for batter and make thick paste adding adequate buttermilk.
- For stuffing add all the stuffing ingredients and mix well to fine paste.
- Clean the chillies and remove the seeds. Not stuff the filling in all the chillies. Dip the stuffed chillies in the batter and fry till golden brown on medium flame. Serve warm with chutneys.
- Note: No need to add soda when you are adding buttermilk. In case if u don't have buttermilk then you can use soda and mix with water. We like mild coat of batter, incase if you like think then Please go for it.
