  4. Once cool down, take the chicken mixture in a bowl, add mashed potato, coriander leaves, onion chopped, green cardamom powder, cheese and mix well.
  5. In a bowl, add gram flour, carom seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Prepare a thick lump free batter to coat the chilli easily by adding little water at a time.
  6. Take a generous amount of the chicken mixture and stuff it inside the chillies. Don't over stuff them. Repeat the process for all the chillies.
  7. Heat sufficient oil in a karai. Dip the stuffed chilli into the batter. Drain off the excess batter and deep fry them on medium flame until it becomes golden and crispy. Serve hot with your favourite chutney.

Chicken Pakoda is also an exciting snack on cold winter days or rainy days. Chicken pieces mixed wih ginger-garlic-gree chilli paste and cornflour and deep fried. Stuff each chilli with a portion of the stuffing. Dip the stuffed chillies batter and deep-fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown in colour from all sides. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with sweet and sour dip.
